There can be times that the Circuit Desk product you have is not working as expected, and we understand that it can be a frustrating experience too. We are committed to do our best to back you up at such situations.
Since we check every Circuit Desk manufactured product for its quality and functionality, all the circuit desk manufactured products carries a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty period and the terms are mentioned in the product description and in the warranty card you receive.
Therefore if you feel that your product is not working properly, please feel free to contact us, and we are more than happy to help you to resolve the issue.
Claiming warranty is a very easy 3 step process.

Step 2: We will contact you to get more understanding on the issue.
The issue you experienced may not be a real fault of the product. It can be a simple reason like triggering a safety fuse due to some reason which can be easily resetted by following some steps. We will help you over the phone to resolve it.
Step 3: If we couldn’t solve your problem over the phone, we will provide you instruction on the next steps including where to send the unit for the warranty claim process
Once you send us the product, we will take care of the rest.
Usually we resolve an issue within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the faulty product. Resolution includes repairing the unit or replacing the unit with a brand new unit based on the nature of the issue. Then, we send the product back to you.
Please keep in mind that:
If the fault has been caused by an improper use, we may charge you a repair fee as the faults due to improper use are not covered under the product warranty policy.
If the fault occurred within the 1st 2 weeks from the date of purchase, we will bear the 2 way delivery fees. (i.e. The courier fee to deliver the faulty product from you to our office and the courier fee to send the repaired product back to your address). Otherwise, you will have to bear the two way delivery fees.
If the product has been opened by or repaired/modified by anyone else besides Circuit Desk, we reserve the right to reject the warranty claim and charge you for the repair expenses.
Product accessories which are not manufactured by Circuit Desk [E.g. wall power adapters etc.] are not covered under the Circuit Desk’s product warranty policy unless otherwise the coverage for the accessory is explicitly mentioned in the product warranty card you receive.
