You need to contact circuit desk prior to return for refund & needs to fill this form below in advance
Return should be initiated within the given time periods described below
Product should be in its original form without any damage.
Products original packaging along with any documents and accessories should be returned in their original condition.
Customer has to send the product through an express courier service with proper & secured packaging.
Customer has to bear the courier charges.
Upon reception of the returned item, Circuit desk will inspect the item for its condition for quality
Circuit Desk has the right to reject any return if it does not meet any of above conditions or returned product fails in our quality test
Circuit Desk may not refund the full amount based on the return duration, purchase method etc. as listed below
Decision made by circuit desk regarding any dispute will be considered as final

If the return request date is less than 7 days from the product delivery date
- Please initiate the return through daraz order page, for the full refund
- In this method, daraz will handle the return process, quality check process & refund process.
- Daraz will take the decision on acceptance of the return and Circuit Desk will not have a control over it
- If the return is accepted, refund will received to a bank account of your choosing
If the return request date is more than 7 days from the delivery date
- You are no longer eligible for the daraz 7 day return policy
- please inform Circuit Desk & fill this form below regarding return requirement

  - Delivery charges occurred will not be refunded. Only item price will be eligible for the refund
  - Full Amount Of The Item Will Not Be Refunded To Compensate For Packaging Cost & Daraz Fees. Usually Around 10% Of The Item Price Will Be Retained And The Exact Amount Will Be Communicated During The Refund Process
- Once The Refund Terms Are Agreed, Refund Will Be Credited To A Bank Account Of Your Choosing Within 7 Working Days

Return requests made after 10 days will be rejected
Once item is received by the circuit desk, and return terms & inspections are passed, we will issue a 90% of the item price. 10% will be retained to compensate for the packaging & handling charges.
