The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
“Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Circuit Desk Pvt Ltd.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Sri Lanka. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. We always try our best to provide most accurate and updated data. However there could be places where some data might be inaccurate and not updated due to various reasons. Therefore we cannot guarantee that all information on this site is complete or current.
We accept payments through all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments of full amount including shipping cost needs to be made at the moment of checkout and we dispatch the goods only after the payments are cleared. Delayed payments are not accepted.
Due to potential frauds and misuse, we may decide to hold shipment of an order till further verification. We may request additional verification information for credit card or PayPal payments.
We usually ship within 1-2 business days once the payments are cleared and we have all the required information to proceed. Shipment will be made via the selected shipping method by the user. If the shipment comes with tracking details we will send you an email with tracking details along side with the URL which can be used to check tracking details.
Please note that delivery dates mentioned with each shipping method are typical and estimated numbers and may change due to unavoidable reasons in shipping service, and they are out of our control. We will not be held responsible for such delays.
Product price or shipping cost listed for the product does not cover any taxes, broker charges, clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing the product/s, hence the customer has to bear any and all such charges. Furthermore, Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any sort of detainment of goods by your country’s customs or any other authority. You are required to get required clarifications / permissions from relevant authorities before making the purchase to avoid unpleasant experiences. 🙂
Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. will store your personal details such as name, contact details and shipping/ billing addresses through your user account. However we will not store any credit card information and any other related data due to security reasons.
The information we store will only be used to contact you and ship goods to you. We will not sell or publish/distribute these information to public or any other third party without your consent.
We accepts returns of items made within 14 days of purchase for local customers and within 28 days of purchase for international customers. Customer has to bear the cost for return shipping including any other charges related.
Customer should contact us prior to returning the goods. The idea is that with proper communication we can solve all most all the issues. 🙂
We check every Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. manufactured item for its quality and functionality before listing in the store. Therefore, all the Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. manufactured items will be eligible for a warranty coverage for manufacturing defects for a given period of time under the given terms and conditions. The warranty period, covered products and accessories, terms and conditions are mentioned in the product warranty card you receive.
The warranty policy of Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd.’s products don’t cover any direct or indirect damages or losses caused to other products or properties by our products.
The third party products and accessories sold by Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. don’t carry any warranty coverage by default unless otherwise it is explicitly mentioned in the product warranty card. For the third party products and accessories sold by Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd., we will provide the warranty coverage (if any) from the respective manufacturer / supplier, and Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible in anyway for the direct or indirect damages or losses caused to other products or properties by those products and accessories.
Customer shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd., its owners, employees, suppliers and agents from any fines, damages, costs, losses, liabilities, fees, penalties, claims and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred by Circuit Desk Pvt. Ltd. as a result of the failure of the Customer or its agents, officers, directors or employees to comply with this Section.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CIRCUIT DESK PVT LTD, AND ITS SUPPLIERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES OR DATA, OR COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, EVEN IF CIRCUIT DESK PVT LTD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE
