Is your device out of warranty? We believe in long-term support. We offer professional repair services even after the warranty period at a reasonable cost, ensuring your power backup continues to perform at its best.

How the Process Works

To initiate a warranty claim or a repair request, please follow our standard service procedure:

1. Shipping: The user is responsible for sending the device to our service center. Please note that two-way transport costs are to be borne by the customer.

2. Inspection: Once we receive your unit, our technical team will perform a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue.

3. Feedback: We will contact you with the inspection results and provide a detailed quote for the repair (if the device is out of warranty or the damage is not covered).

4. Repair & Return: Upon your approval, we will complete the repair and arrange for the unit to be sent back to you.
